Payments and transactions are unavailable with both Ultimate and Simple in the following countries:

Belarus
Cuba
Democratic Republic of the Congo
Iran
Iraq
Myanmar
North Korea
Russia
Somalia
South Sudan
Sudan
Syria
Ukraine
Venezuela

A VPN does not remove these restrictions

The restriction may be based on the merchant, acquirer or the country where the transaction is processed. A VPN cannot bypass banking or sanctions restrictions.
