Unsupported payments
Neither Ultimate nor Simple supports these transactions.
- Money transfer
- E-wallet top-up or card-to-card transfer
- Trading exchanges, currency exchange services or cryptocurrency purchases
- Pay-at-pump gas station transaction
- Dating service
- Gambling or betting
- Security deposit, bail or bond payment

These restrictions apply to both cards.

Transfers and cash
Funds on a card
Once funds are moved from the shared wallet to Simple or Ultimate, they cannot be returned to the shared wallet, withdrawn or sent to another card.
ATMs
Ultimate and Simple are virtual cards. Cash withdrawals at ATMs are not available.
