Restrictions
A payment may be declined if it is:
- a money transfer;
- an e-wallet top-up or a card-to-card transfer;
- an exchange service or cryptocurrency purchase;
- a pay-at-pump gas station transaction;
- a dating service;
- gambling or betting;
- a deposit, bail or bond payment.
Funds on a card
Once funds are moved from the shared wallet to Simple or Ultimate, they cannot be returned to the shared wallet, withdrawn or sent to another card.
ATMs
Ultimate and Simple are virtual cards. Cash withdrawals at ATMs are not available.
