How to pay for PlayStation

Use Ultimate or Simple, match the PlayStation region and confirm the purchase.

Before you pay

Choose a card: Ultimate uses Singapore and Simple uses Hong Kong.

Open the card in AnyPay and copy the billing address without changes.
Enter your real first and last name in Latin characters.
If the service checks location, connect to the card's billing country before signing in and keep the same location during payment.

Prepare the PlayStation account

Connect to the selected card's country before opening playstation.com.
Use a PlayStation account in the same country: Singapore for Ultimate or Hong Kong for Simple.

Pay for the purchase

Choose the game or subscription and open checkout.
Enter the Ultimate or Simple card details from AnyPay.
Use the selected card's billing address and confirm the transaction in AnyPay.
Ultimate users on an Apple device may also choose Apple Pay.

Wait for the order

Do not start a second payment while the purchase is processing. Check the PlayStation library and order history.

If something went wrong

Open only the situation that matches your issue.

If the payment does not go through

Check the card number, expiry date, CVV and available balance.
Make sure the account country, VPN and billing address are consistent.
Open AnyPay and complete any pending 3D Secure confirmation.
After 1–3 failed attempts, stop and try later instead of repeating the charge.
