Before you pay

Choose a card: Ultimate uses Singapore and Simple uses Hong Kong.

  • Open the card in AnyPay and copy the billing address without changes.
  • Enter your real first and last name in Latin characters.
  • If the service checks location, connect to the card's billing country before signing in and keep the same location during payment.

Check the PayPal account

Use an active account in a supported country. The account country must not conflict with the card's billing address.

Link the card

  • Open PayPal → Wallet → Link a card or bank account.
  • Choose Link a debit or credit card and enter the AnyPay details.
  • Use your real name in Latin characters and the selected card's billing address.
  • Save the card and complete any PayPal verification request.

If something went wrong

Open only the situation that matches your issue.

If PayPal restricts the account

Complete PayPal's account review before trying again. AnyPay cannot remove an account or device restriction applied by PayPal.

If the payment does not go through
  • Check the card number, expiry date, CVV and available balance.
  • Make sure the account country, VPN and billing address are consistent.
  • Open AnyPay and complete any pending 3D Secure confirmation.
  • After 1–3 failed attempts, stop and try later instead of repeating the charge.
