How to pay on Steam

Use a consistent Steam region, enter the AnyPay billing details and confirm the purchase.

Before you pay

Choose a card: Ultimate uses Singapore and Simple uses Hong Kong.

  • Open the card in AnyPay and copy the billing address without changes.
  • Enter your real first and last name in Latin characters.
  • If the service checks location, connect to the card's billing country before signing in and keep the same location during payment.

Prepare the account

Steam is sensitive to region changes. Use an account in the selected card's billing country and follow Steam's regional rules.

Connect to the card's country

Use Singapore for Ultimate or Hong Kong for Simple.

Open checkout

Choose the game or balance top-up and select bank card payment.

Complete the form

  • Your real name in Latin characters.
  • Billing address — from AnyPay.
  • Account country and connection — in the card's billing country.
  • Use a supported phone number if requested.

Confirm

Complete 3D Secure in AnyPay and wait for the purchase to appear in the library.

If something went wrong

Open only the situation that matches your issue.

If the payment does not go through
  • Check the card number, expiry date, CVV and available balance.
  • Make sure the account country, VPN and billing address are consistent.
  • Open AnyPay and complete any pending 3D Secure confirmation.
  • After 1–3 failed attempts, stop and try later instead of repeating the charge.
