How to pay on Booking.com

Check who charges the card, allow for currency conversion and confirm the booking.

Before you pay

Choose a card: Ultimate uses Singapore and Simple uses Hong Kong.

Open the card in AnyPay and copy the billing address without changes.
Enter your real first and last name in Latin characters.
If the service checks location, connect to the card's billing country before signing in and keep the same location during payment.

Choose the property

Check whether Booking.com or the property collects the payment and review the cancellation terms.

Check the currency

The charge may be processed in the property's local currency. Keep an extra 2–3% balance for conversion.

Enter the details

Guest name — your real name in Latin characters.
Card details — from AnyPay.
Billing address — from the selected card.
Phone — a real number for booking notifications.

Confirm the booking

Complete 3D Secure and wait for the confirmation email or status. Do not start another payment while the first one is processing.

If something went wrong

Open only the situation that matches your issue.

If the payment does not go through

Check the card number, expiry date, CVV and available balance.
Make sure the account country, VPN and billing address are consistent.
Open AnyPay and complete any pending 3D Secure confirmation.
After 1–3 failed attempts, stop and try later instead of repeating the charge.
