How to pay for international services

A general guide to card details, billing address, VPN, account region and 3D Secure.

Check card compatibility

Use Ultimate for AI. Other supported services may accept Ultimate or Simple. Apple Pay is available only with Ultimate.

Prepare the payment details

  • Card number, expiry date and CVV from AnyPay.
  • Your real first and last name in Latin characters.
  • The full billing address from the card details.

Match the region

Ultimate uses Singapore; Simple uses Hong Kong. If the service checks location, keep the account region, VPN and billing country consistent.

Confirm the payment

After submitting the form, check AnyPay for a 3D Secure request. Do not repeat the payment while the first transaction is pending.

If something went wrong

Open only the situation that matches your issue.

If the service is not listed

Try the general flow once and save the exact error. Support can check the transaction using the time, amount and merchant name.
