How to pay for the App Store, iCloud and Apple Music

Use Ultimate or Simple with the correct Apple Account region and billing address.

Apple Account

Ultimate: Region and billing — Singapore
Simple: Region and billing — Hong Kong
Payment: App Store · iCloud · Apple Music

Prepare the Apple Account

Use any remaining Apple Account balance.
Cancel active subscriptions and wait for the paid period to end.
Finish pre-orders and rentals.
Leave Family Sharing if it prevents a region change.

Choose the card region

Use Singapore for Ultimate and Hong Kong for Simple. If the main Apple Account cannot be moved, create a separate account in the card's region.

Change the Apple Account region

Open Settings → your name → Media & Purchases.
Tap View Account, then Country/Region.
Choose Singapore for Ultimate or Hong Kong for Simple.
Accept Apple's terms.

Add the card

Open Manage Payments → Add Payment Method.
Enter the card number, expiry date and CVV from AnyPay.
Enter your real name in Latin characters.
Copy the billing address from AnyPay and enter a valid phone format for the selected country.

Pay for the service

Open the App Store, iCloud or Apple Music.
Choose the purchase or subscription.
Confirm the payment with the added card.
Check the Apple Account purchase history before trying again.

If something went wrong

Open only the situation that matches your issue.

If the card or payment is declined

Check that the Apple Account country matches the card billing country.
Copy the address again and verify the postal code and phone number.
Keep enough balance for a possible verification charge.
Do not change the region or repeat the payment several times.
If the error remains, send support the exact message, amount and time.
