Where to get the SMS verification code

Choose SMS

If Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or another verification screen offers several methods, choose SMS. The bank will send the code to the official AnyPay bot.

Keep the verification screen open

You may send Wallet to the background while opening Telegram, but do not close it from the app switcher or the verification request may be cancelled.

Open AnyPay

  • Open the official AnyPay bot in Telegram.
  • Wait for the one-time code.
  • Return to the verification screen and enter the code.
  • Finish adding the card or confirming the transaction.

If something went wrong

Open only the situation that matches your issue.

If the code does not arrive
  • Check your internet connection and keep the verification screen active.
  • Do not request several codes in a row.
  • Request one new code after a few minutes.
  • If it still does not arrive, tell support the request time and screen name.
Support safety

Support may ask for the last four digits of the card. It will never ask for the full card number, expiry date, CVV/CVC or a one-time code.
