How to pay for Microsoft and Xbox

Set the Microsoft Account region, add the card and buy a subscription or game.

Before you pay

Choose a card: Ultimate uses Singapore and Simple uses Hong Kong.

Open the card in AnyPay and copy the billing address without changes.
Enter your real first and last name in Latin characters.
If the service checks location, connect to the card's billing country before signing in and keep the same location during payment.

Set the Microsoft Account country

Use the country that matches the card: Singapore for Ultimate or Hong Kong for Simple.

Add the payment method

Open account.microsoft.com → Payment & billing → Payment options and add the AnyPay card.

Enter the billing details

Ultimate — Singapore.
Simple — Hong Kong.
Name — your real name in Latin characters.
Address and postal code — from the card details.

Complete the purchase

Return to Microsoft Store or Xbox, choose the product and confirm payment.

If something went wrong

Open only the situation that matches your issue.

If the payment does not go through

Check the card number, expiry date, CVV and available balance.
Make sure the account country, VPN and billing address are consistent.
Open AnyPay and complete any pending 3D Secure confirmation.
After 1–3 failed attempts, stop and try later instead of repeating the charge.
