Copy the billing address
Use the Singapore billing address shown in the Ultimate card details. Do not replace it with your residential address when the form asks for the card billing address.
Use a Singapore VPN when required
Some AI, Google, Spotify and streaming services compare the IP address, account region and billing country. Use Singapore when the service requires a matching region.
Enter the cardholder name
If a form asks for the name on the card, enter your real first and last name in Latin characters.
Keep the balance rules in mind
The 4.5% fee applies only when funds are moved from the shared wallet to Ultimate. Funds already on the card cannot be returned, withdrawn or sent to another card.
