The money is in your wallet, not on your card
To pay, the money must be on the card itself. Open the card in AnyPay → “Fund” → enter an amount. The app will show the fee and how much the card will receive. Confirm the transfer and make sure the card has enough money for the purchase.
The payment currency is not supported
A payment may be declined in an unsupported currency. Ultimate and Simple also have country restrictions: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine and Venezuela.
The card region is incorrect
In Country/Region, select Singapore for Ultimate or Hong Kong for Simple. If a billing address is required, enter a valid address and postal code in the same country. Enter your own first and last name in Latin characters.
What else to check
Neither card supports money transfers, card-to-card transfers, funding e-wallets, trading exchanges, currency exchange services, cryptocurrency purchases, automated fuel stations, dating services, gambling, betting or security deposit, bail and bond payments.
- Use Ultimate for AI subscriptions. See the service’s guide for payment methods.
- Check the card number, expiry date and CVV against AnyPay. If 3D Secure confirmation is requested, complete it in AnyPay.
- Per-transaction limit: Ultimate — $15,000; Simple — $200,000. The daily limit is $200,000 for each card.
If the payment still does not go through
Do not make many attempts in a row. If you have already been charged or the payment is processing, do not pay again. Contact the Care Team with the service name, amount, currency, attempt time and card type. Include the error message or a screenshot with full card details hidden. Do not send CVV or confirmation codes.
Apple Pay, the App Store, Google Pay and Google Play are different routes
Apple Pay and Google Pay are selected at merchant checkout after adding a card to the relevant wallet. The App Store bills through your Apple Account, while Google Play bills through a Google payment profile. An app being listed in a store does not mean it offers in-app subscription purchases.
