What Simple is for

Simple is for everyday international services and Google Pay.

1. Google Pay.
2. Supported international subscriptions and online purchases.
3. Travel, hotels and marketplaces.
4. 3D Secure confirmation through AnyPay.

Where Simple is not supported

Use Ultimate for these scenarios:

• Direct payments for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Suno and other AI services
• AI APIs and products in the AI category
• Apple Pay

Where the card does not work

Simple does not work in the restricted countries and cannot be used for these transactions:

• Money transfers
• E-wallet funding and card-to-card transfers
• Trading exchanges, currency exchange services and cryptocurrency purchases
• Payments at automated fuel stations
• Dating services
• Gambling and betting
• Security deposit, bail and bond payments

Region and VPN

Simple is issued in Hong Kong. A Hong Kong VPN is only needed when a service checks your IP, account region and card country — it is not required for every payment.

Payment details

When a form asks for card details, open Simple in AnyPay and use the details shown there.

1. Enter the card number, expiry date and CVV/CVC.
2. When a billing address is required, copy the Hong Kong address from the card details.
3. Enter your real name in Latin characters.

Balance rules

The 3.5% fee applies only when funds are moved from your balance to Simple.

Apple Pay, the App Store, Google Pay and Google Play are different routes

Apple Pay and Google Pay are selected at merchant checkout after adding a card to the relevant wallet. The App Store bills through your Apple Account, while Google Play bills through a Google payment profile. An app being listed in a store does not mean it offers in-app subscription purchases.
