How to pay for Canva

Choose Canva Pro, enter the AnyPay card and check auto-renewal.

Before you pay

Choose a card: Ultimate uses Singapore and Simple uses Hong Kong.

Open the card in AnyPay and copy the billing address without changes.
Enter your real first and last name in Latin characters.
If the service checks location, connect to the card's billing country before signing in and keep the same location during payment.

Open Canva

Sign in at canva.com. If checkout is unavailable for the current account region, use an account in the card's billing country.

Choose Canva Pro

Open Plans, review the trial terms and continue to checkout.

Enter the card

Card number, expiry date and CVC — from AnyPay.
Name — your real name in Latin characters.
Ultimate — Singapore; Simple — Hong Kong.

Check auto-renewal

A free trial may renew as a paid subscription. Turn off renewal in advance if you do not need it.

If something went wrong

Open only the situation that matches your issue.

If the payment does not go through

Check the card number, expiry date, CVV and available balance.
Make sure the account country, VPN and billing address are consistent.
Open AnyPay and complete any pending 3D Secure confirmation.
After 1–3 failed attempts, stop and try later instead of repeating the charge.
